I'm mad about the fact that these companies are taking our rights away here in Canada. Did you know that CTV has taken away the right for you to view Comedy Central's website from a Canadian IP address, and that if you want to view it you need to do so through a proxy?
When you try to go to Comedy Central, you are forwarded to Comedy Network, the Canadian (so called) equivalent. It's unfair and just plain wrong. The Canadian government should not allow this.
Last I checked, we're not living in a dictatorship, although is sure as hell seems like it's headed that way.

Wrong, you only thought that you live in a free country. we can buy guns, but the government doesn't beleive that we have the smarts to pick our own tv channels and web sites LOL

You obviously misunderstood what was said. I mentioned Comedy Central being forwarded to Comedy network.
I'm bitching about how wrong it is for the government to allow such a thing to happen.
It has nothing to do with Preferred by Pete. But I'm glad I got your attention.

you know your right, it is also Bs when you watch a football game on fox or CBS and you are forced to watch canadian comercials just because CTV or Tsn takes over the fox or CBS broadcast. And you know it will happen on Superbowl as well.
