Captiveworks Help!!!!

Hi everyone! I have a Captiveworks 600s Premium. I loaded the factory bin and then the lastest bin. I hooked it all back up to the TV and then turned on the receiver, all I get is the picture jumping like the tracking is out. I turn it off and the TV's tracking is fine. It only happens when I turn on the receiver. And tips on how to stop the jumping on the screen?

Yep! My other receiver in the living room is working find. They are both going off the same Dish.

Ok I got it to stop jumping. I put a factory bin in and it worked. But now I put in the lastest bin for it and the screen is distorted and lines. What happen?
