Dreambox 500s factory file rel 109 image

hi people, i need to know about a Amazonas sat, beacuse i can't watch some channels, for example i can C channels 102,103,104,105 until 109...why?.....the other channels it's ok...but those channels 102, 103, 104...until 109..i can't watch...!! please any help..!!! thanks this channels...
