Is there any files with auto roll? My Sat is not responding with Telefonica files Is there a set up guide for it? Can you help? Thanks

My Viewsat Ultra is down in all channels I try new bin V146and PGFile 090708U no luck at all, all I get is no picture no sound and no Auto roll processing signal 100% Quality 100%

does anyone know if ther's a dongle or anything that will make the viewsat ul work and also if there is what steps are needed to get new files?
