DVBCa.dat generator

GenerateDVBCa can be used to create a DVBCa.dat file,
as used by the Azbox Premium HD+.

Usage:
Create a filename with the required frequencies etc,
for example DVBCa.txt (see this file for more on the
format).

Then execute:
GenerateDVBCa DVBCa.txt

or (for additional debug information)
GenerateDVBCa DVBCa.txt dummy

Then copy the file to the box to the directory
/DISK2 overwiting the existing DVBCa.dat file
