NooB trying to learn, sv360e/ihub

Im new at this and I have read through alot of forums. Not sure of the files and settings I need to get up and testing.
I have a sv360 elite and an Ihub. I loaded the sv360Elite_svlan_es15 file and rebooted. I now have a new sub menue ( usb & net download ).
I selected net download and downloaded SV360Elite_svlan_es22 and installed it. That tells me that the Ihub works.
When I look at my network settings for akai japan the status says connect fail.( I did enter my ihub sr#)
My ihub shows version 4.12 on the wiz program.
What do i need to do?

I got it working. Problem was the server was down.
Where do i find other free servers to try and are they pay ones any better ?
