[Question?] original phoenix program file

I can't open the phoenix program. When I try to open the program it asks me choose the program to open with. So can someone help me how to fix this problem?

faruco PLease to meet you, 1st when you down load the file, 2 you will have to exstract that file, the file is in a forum as a zip file I don,t know what system you are using to open the zip file but that where i think you are having your problem exstracking it.this might help you.

Use winzip or if it's a rar file, use winrar. You can google to find those programs...
