hello i have a pansat 3500s that does not power up so i checked the power board with a mulitmeter and power is jumping or fluctuating
e.g. on the 3v pin the power jumps from 1v-3v
on the 12v pin 6v-8v-10v-12v
on the 23v pin 28v-33v-38v
on the 6v pin 8v-12v
the last 2 pins the volts are higher can some plz help
