Hi Everyone,I am new to this site and forum.I have not been able to resolve my problem and hope some kind person can guide me over my problem.
I have this quartz 1.5x2 v quartz battery operated wall clock with chimes feature.
It has three components separately, the battery pack, the loudspeaker of 8 ohms and 0.25 watts and the clock movement which has a single 1.5v independent battery.
My problem arose when I changed my clock movement ,this movement has 2 wires connected to the hour mechanism and when the hour is up a gear shorts the wires and this wires lead to the pcb where the chimes sound.
Now I hahe to connect 4 pairs of wires to the 3 components but I am stumped. The major fear is that if I connect the battery wires wrongly I might end up with frying the circuit .I am going to attach picture of the components so that you can bett
