Default Having trouble with Cs4k, cs5k?

"If your having any issuses like keys not rolling, loosing channels and nothing else has worked then load this key file. This will correct alot of problems you may be having.
The problem only shows up in a small number of 4/5k boxs but this should fix it.

Its simple do not open or edit just write it and let the keys roll in for B**.
The way we are doing auto roll it requires the key file to be able to hold the keys differently than it use to.
It is always a good idea to back up your keys before doing anything.

On another note CS5000k has been fixed at the plant there was a bad batch of memory chips that were used. They are replaced with a better grade of chip now so all new 5k boxs will not have the white dots issue. The IR has also been upgraded on the box and remote."
