Extract to computer, click on .exe file, program will install onto your computer. Then whenever you need the loader, (actually only if really serious trouble with the Ilink) then click on icon program will start. Set up ports,then it can load the program using the serial cable. If you can use the Usb stick use it instead. But sometimes that won't work at all. Ilink will just sit there, or file fails to load. Then you use this program.
