Nfusion Phoenix

Hi, I'm a new to this and trying to get my Nfusion Phoenix going. I understand from a friend's friend that there's a file for this unit. It sounded so simple as he rattled on, but in the end I'm more confused.

My unit is new and not been used. Could you guild me thru to set it up and running. I've not been able to watch the TV for quite a while. Could I get both the Dishnet (covers US & International) and BEV.

I really appreciate all the help I can get.
