PLEASE HELP epson r265 software to reset this printer is not listed on the software ssc service disc.?? ANYONE

ive been trying to reset my epson r265 with ssc service software. The printer is not listed on this software can anyone help. I have the r200 & r300 which ive always been able to reset these printers with this software but just cant find away to do the 265. please please can anyone help. thanks
