How to set up the SVlan

Go into the menu first and write down all your settings....
How to set up SVlan if you have SV Lan on an 8000HD.
Do a Factory Reset
Then aSys Clean
Load the HD8 bin
Scan Sats.
Shut Power, remove SV Lan, Turn on Power, Turn off Power
Plug SV Lan back in, Open IP Config
Enter the serial number from lable to IP Config. It's new
Do hard reboot. Watch TV

kudo to you......the only site i have run across doing an svlan setup and a bin too...wow, i'm impressed..
As to the instructions...above you have given...
Don't quite understand part 2...is the power on or off....after you have removed the lan and then plug back in??
If you could comment that would be nice..

OK, shut power off, remove SVLAN, then turn the power back on and then off. plug the SVLAN back in and turn power on and do the rest as stated. Hope this is a little better.

Yes, lots of freezing and missing channels. I would not recommend anyone to buy at this time, wait til they get their act together. Easy to hack this dongle almost the same as the newlink and Ihub and should not take DN long to do ECM.
