DISH Renews Frontier Deal, DISH Studio, Kudos for DIRECTV's Gieselman

d!sh network said it renewed its strategic alliance with Frontier Communications, a deal that will allow the medium-sized rural telco company to offer the satellite TV service to households and businesses throughout its markets in 24 states. Frontier's Connections Premium bundle offers customers access to d!sh network, a single point of contact for customer service, and one bill for all phone, video and high-speed internet services --- d!sh network is promoting its entertainment show, "DISH Studio," showcasing the latest movies, sports and events and celebrity interviews, with a focus on pay-per-view and DISH On Demand. DISH Studio joins the company's lineup of internally-produced original programming, including "Charlie Chat," "Tech Forum" and "Retailer Chat" --- Jon Gieselman, senior vice president of advertising and public relations at DIRECTV, was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Achievement, which recognizes young advertising professionals, age 40 and under, who have made an impact on the industry though their leadership and career achievements.
