Talk about polar opposites. While ABC's Tuesday night lineup hit or tied series lows, while CBS' "NCIS" drew a record audience.

All three ABC dramas were down, with "No Ordinary Family" dropping 21% from its last original (5.5 million, 1.5 rating/4 share in 18-49 demo). "V," down 10% tying a low, also struggled (5.8 million, 1.9/5) and at 10 p.m., "Detroit 1-8-7," down 8%, drew 5.3 million (1.1/3).

At 8 p.m., "NCIS" hit a series-high 22 million viewers and up 13% in the demo (4.5/12). A new "NCIS: LA" kept most of its lead-in and was up 12% (18 million, 3.7/9), which helped "The Good Wife" (12.2 million, 2.3/6). "NCIS and "NCIS: LA" were the top two rated programs of the night, easily pushing the network to win the night.

NBC, second for the night, was helped by a two-hour "Biggest Loser: Couples" (8.7 million, 3.2/8) and "Parenthood" (5.6 million, 2.2/6), both down a tick.

Fox reran "Glee" (4.7 million, 1.7/4) and a new "Million Dollar Drop" (5.1 million, 1.8/5), up 38%.

The CW aired repeats of "One Tree Hill" (1.1 million, 0.4/1) and the most recent "Life Unexpected" (804,000, 0.3/1), which airs its two-hour finale next Tuesday.
