Problemas con la vsultra

Gente le di a la caja de la VSULTRA el menu de factory de ahi le puse un factory file, y de ahi le puse el ultimo file q salio para la VSULTRA y nada pantalla azul y el cuadro de abajo del display me sale sin ninguna informacion .....el menu general si me esta funcionando pero el menu de abajo esta vacio sin ningun icono de las herramientas del f1 nada de nada se ve..
que hago...!

ahora mismo me quede con esta imagen
despues de darle un factory a la caja le subi el VIRGIN ULTRA FACTORY FIEL como 3 veces LUEGO LE SUBIE EL VIEWSAT ULTRA _V0146 ,,,luego le subi el ultimo file y nada ,,me quede asi..

saves leer en ingles porque no puedo traducir lo no mas lo ablo..pero aqui te va todo lo que necesitas.....quiero que estes seguro de aber puesto el fix

estes seguro que pogas los cables vien en este retrato estan volteados pero necesitas poner el 119 lnb 1 y 110 en lnb 2

y que le agas echo un apagon atras de la caja antes de escanear los satelites...

Memory full..
If you've been using (watching tv) with a Viewsat Ultra, the guide takes up a lot of available memory and trying to load a new file with the memory full is your downfall. It's as simple as a hard reboot from the rear switch before loading any new files. This "dumps" the memory and allows a smooth software update. This reboots the unit and allows much more available memory. Do this before loading any new files, and you should have minimum problems.

If you didn't reboot your unit and it's stuck on the "Caution" screen, you'll most likely have to load a factory file on it using the null modem cable to get it back working again.
