Having problems installing bin,s. Not sure if I am using proper loader, all i get is failed on the reciever after install. Any direction on this subject would be appreciated.

No need for frustration, 1st download and install the loader from http://www.viewsatusa.com. 2nd make sure you are useing a null modem cable. 3rd load the bin file in the loader and click PC>STB then turn off your reciever at teh back, wait a few sec's and then turn it back on.
