vs ultra was working watching tv box said no ch and shut off now we turn it on from back and it goes to ch 4000 and shuts off just keeps repeating this process remote dosn t work can t access anything on box thnks 4 time & patience

Is your reciever a clone or an orginal? Now please refer to batman's post of Computer & Consumer Electronics Help forum - Ask Questions Get Answers Find Reviews! to try and see any tell tale signs of a clone. The reason we ask is because clones are cheaply built and not 100% to work right with binz made for viewsats. A lot of bins have clone kill code in them to KILL clone recievers. Try flashing ox w/new bin three times. You said you manually turned off. Check autoroll settings sometimes it makes the boxes act screwy like that if on and needs to be off or vice versa
