Here this should make things a bit easy for some of you with older receivers.

Any problems post here so anyone having the same problem can find the answer.

Keymaster will should run in any version of windows from 98se up. It works most easily with winXP.
For any operating system you must grant it firewall access in order for it to update keys and other systems. It requires no more firewall access than a web browser and can use the same rules configuration you do for Internet Explorer (or which ever web browser you do use)
Keymaster can be run in vista, it requires you to set the permissions. First tell vista to run it in windowsXP sp2 configuration, then run it as administrator, and give it firewall access.
