KeyUpdate v8.4.8
This program is used as a Key organizer. It will track keys identifying old, new, and current keys, track date & time of key changes, and allow you to store the current keys in multiple formats and locations.
Now supports Sonicview as well as Coolsat, CW500, CW600, DVB, Homesat, Mvidea, Neusat, Viewsat, and other softcam key files as well as 102/103/ST19/CEMU bin files.
You now have the ability to add your specific keys to search, they are defaulted to C001 and C101 but you can change it to anything you want.
WebsitesEnh3.text is the file you would edit to grab the keys from a website, take a look at the bottom of the readme.txt file for format and samples.
EnhKey3.txt file is the file for the Provider keys 4 lines total. default = C001, C001, C101, C101.
They should be the same as is in your softcam key file.
KeyEnh3.key file is the latest keys and date of last update.
Take a look at the enclosed files and adapt them to your requirements.
As always, if this version dosen't work for you, just go back to a previous version that did.
For those of you who like to play with your bin or cor files, I have added a Blackout Byte routine that was requested by a few of you.
Blackout Byte Routine
First drop down menu selection items come from the file ..\Blackout\Blackout.dat. There are 16 enteries starting from 00 to 0F corresponding to the 16 bytes of the Blackout String. The format is 2 char byte designation followed by a space dash space then the description for that byte.
ie: 0F - Remaps your local channels under 100
The second drop down menu selection items come from the files \Blackout\BlackoutXX.dat, the XX coresponds to the Byte designation in the Blackout.dat file which is the byte value that will be entered in the designated byte location. The file format is the same as the Blackout.dat file in that there is a 2 char byte designation followed by a space dash space then the description for that byte.
You can edit each of the Blackout dat files and add other values that you would like.
