Pansat 2700 fix as of Aug 5 2007.
This bin fixes the autoroll issue.
Please Set Default Keys after loading.

I cant extract the zipped files. It's asking for a password.

There is no password on the file? Your probably using an older winzip. Update your winzip to the newest version.
