Symantec Endpoint Protection will not let me delete some MP3s I have, how do I turn off the lock?

Download file Unlocker:
UNLOCKER 1.9.2 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB
Once installed right click what you want to delete and click unlock. You will be able to remove any locked file. Be careful not to delete important system files!
