[Help!] Looking for the latest bin and loader for captive works 600s

I am looking for the latest bin and loader for captive works 600s. The latest bin I found was 2.31 is that the one? As to the loader I tried from the dowload files forum but when I extracted them they showed as damaged. Could somebody share the loader? I am not sure if I should use the 1.04 or 1.05. I am trying to have the CW 600s fixed but I need the latest bin and loader since I do not have my old computer with all the files.
