Thanks for your help... I clone the box using a friend's CW600S. I can now receive the channels with picture and sound, but the color is quite a bit off. I have to manually enter the channel number or use the up/down keys because the menus can not be seen. Even when I press EPG, I can not...

yes, I see the Boot word displayed. I can also load the bin (default or latest). But after the bin is loaded, the green screen shows up when MENU button is pressed. No sound/channel. The channel numbers increment/decrement when channel changed.

I have the same issue with my CW600S - no sound/no menu. Only green hazy screen when Menu button pressed. Is there a final resolution to this issue? email me at anilc -at- nortel .dot. com
