[Help!] CS6100_NORW_GROUP_V213_20090226.zip won't open

Don't know if anyone else is having problems downloading the latest file (for Coolsat 6100), but when I do it comes out with an error message, as if the file is damaged or something. Any idea what's going on? Thank you :confused:
