I ran the program you sent and still nothing the motor on the drive will run but nothing will prompt.

all discs won't prompt sp2 is installed no viruses 1 drive installed if i go to my comp. and double click it opens disc as normal

It didn't seem to work. I was searching on line and someone said re-install my Windows XP program. What do you think?

When I install a disk (cd or dvd) in computer the computer doesn't put up an action prompt on the screen. Has anyone had this problem and if nnot Rumas do you know how to fix. Thanks
