I have a dell dimension c521and it has a slim case. It has a 280 Watt power supply. I'm looking for a low profile/ low bracket graphic card. I'm not willing to spend no more than $40 at most. Any suggestions will be appreciated as well as the watts that is needed to run the ATI radeon X1300...
