    Can I switch an ATI Radeon X1600 series graphics card from a MAC home computer to a Vista Laptop?

    so... can i switch an ATI Radeon X1600 series graphics/video card on my MAC home computer to a Dell windows vista , and maybe switch the one on the vista to the mac... the other one is an intel chipset family 965 Express or something like that... thanks...
