Where can I find the yymmdd.pgm for my rerceiver?

And I notice in my reciever (VS 9000HD v2) uses 08, 09, 88 and 89 but on this site it uses 86 and 96, do I need to change my 88 and 89 to say 86 and 96 or are these not the right keys for my machine??? Any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for being so confused and thanks...

I just got my Viewsat 9000 HD version 2 for Xmas, and I was wondering if anyone else has one. If so maybe you could help me figure out how to transfer info from this site to my computor to the reciever. I don't know where to start or how to do it. Thanks
