pansat 2700a connection with computer fails.not responding

pansat 2700a problems hello everyone....it is my first time here in this forum and i need some help with my pansat 2700a entering the new bin file it get stock on 0%. i dont know what to do? please help me I still have the 2006 bin file like never used
