What are some disadvantages to having 2 hard drives but a RAID-0 config?
No fault tolerance. Disk failure destroys the array. Small increase of speed from higher bandwidth vs greater danger of losing data. If speed is the only reason for RAID 0 and it is just buy faster hard drives.- Oldwolf
