Not sure what happened. Lost all charlie channels. Then a while later bev was working. All was back to normal in the morning. Scared me !!! LOL !!

Thanks to wizzard and domando for the help. Have the password changed and nasty channels are locked from the kiddies. Will try the guide set up again. I'm tuned in to the two DISH satalites. Are the ppv channels up ??? Thanks again guys.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I searched and searched and did not find my answer. Just set up my unit and all seemed to go well. Lots of channels. Problem one is there is no channel guide. The channels are there but no description. Problem two is parental control. My old viewsat asked...
