Out of curiosity though, why would this happen? Is it connection?

Hello, Newbie question. My kbox prodigy loses picture (scrambled channel) every few minute, I then have to reboot the box to restore the picture. Tis happens periodically to the point it is unusable. Anyone seen this before? Any fixes to it? Appreciate your response. Thanks
