[Confused!] Can't change TP FREQ on ECHOSTAR 5 (ceil2)

Im having the same problem. this really sucks ass i have no hd channels and before i switch to ciel it was ok now its all gone NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO:mad:
