Thank you for your response. I done as you said and my port com is working properly. I dont have a USB to rs232 converter cable. Guess I will just continue to watch what is free on there. I have tried everything. Once again thank you for your response.

I have been loading files on my viewsat platinum 2000 for over a year now all of a sudden all i get when I try to load a file is RESENDING ZRQINIT. I have tried every port 1 thru 10 i have restarted my pc, I have even bought a new null modem cable. I havent changed pc's still using the same...
