    Thanks. I thought so... but it has been a while since I set it up. I did a factory reset and reloaded all files to see if I can fix this "off service" thing. After I loaded everything, I couldn't remember how to set my good old Nano up!! Thanks again.

    OK. My Nano has been running fine for the last year. However, I just did a factort reset, loaded the latest factory file, upgrade file, and dongle file. All seemed to go fine. I was able to "register" without a problem. Now I am getting the dreaded "Off Service" message in the bottom right...
