first open task manager to open task manager you must hold ctrl+alt+delete than click start task manager you will see 2 things that say skype.exe close them both and restart your skype after this everything should work enjoy your skype should be back to normal

today i got a complete blackscreen on windows after an update i waited like 5 minutes nothing happpend i checked task manager and i saw 4 or 5 programs open there should be like 8 so i noticed explorer.exe wasent in there and explorer.exe is your taskbar your desktop and everything to fix it...
