All 35 students aboard a school bus that crashed into a ditch Thursday afternoon at Sussex Corner, N.B., got out safely, police say.
The accident occurred just before 4 p.m. AT on Post Road, RCMP Sgt. Bruce Reid said.
The bus ended up in a ditch near an outdoor rink. Reid said the road was mostly bare at the time, but there was some slush on the side.
The bus was being checked over for mechanical problems.
