A little Bit of a Problem!

I have a Captive Works 600s and everything went out on it..like the patch went off, the channels went in the wrong spots, and my guide went orange and color isn't right on the channels, i got everything fixed except the color on my guide and channels. I was wodering if anyone knew how i could fix this problem??? Thanks in advance
