Can ATI Radeon HD 5670 Run with my motherboard and CPU?

Ima get ATI Radeon 5670, i dont know if it is compatible with my motherboard and cpu. I recently asked the same question, but i figured out what motherboard i have.CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40 GHzMotherboard: PCChips M925Is the motherboard any good? Will it allow ATI Radeon 5670 to run on it?

I don't like to be the bearer of bad news but, the ATI HD5670 will not work with your motherboard. Once you start changing parts, it will never end until you have changed everything and then you will just end up with a new PC with outdated hardware.
