[Help!] Coolsat 71k freezes in standby mode

I have a coolsat 7100 pvr. I have factory No. 114 loaded along with v185 (which will change soon, I hope). I'm on DN with Echo*7 and 8.1. I find that after the unit has been in standby mode for awhile, it will freeze and I have to turn it off in the back, reboot and then turn it on with the remote. Usually not a big deal, but I just bought a second one of these so my wife can record and watch shows without too much hassle.
Not sure if it makes a dif, but I guess too much info is better than not enough. I also have a HDD hooked through the USB (but that works just fine, if the power doesn't freeze up).

Any thoughts?
