Check the brother software for a program that helps with printer problems. It's visual and color-coded.

i`m sorry for you, but there is practically no wayyou can still reset it if you are smart enough and handy with electronics:just open your printer, find the counter, unplug one of its pins from the mainboard and start hitting it with 12 volts. you will have a lot to click... until you turn it over.there is still an other way to do this:locate the counter, pull it out, open the counter, align the counting wheels and put the counter back together.c ya

Open the front cover of the printer.Press and hold down GO button for about 4 seconds until all the LED's light up.Once all LED's are lit, release the GO button.Close the front cover.Cake and pie.
