How do you start the photoshop CS5 extended trial?

I just downloaded the adobe photoshop CS5 extended 30-day trial. But I dont understand, how do you start the program? I see these tons of files when I search my programs for it, but I am not sure what to click to start and use it. Can anyone help me? A step-by-step or video would be appreciated!Thank you!
