How to move 'already' placed objects around in Cafe World?

I am so frustrated, I have be trying to figure this out all night. All I want to do it move my table and stoves? Can some who play please help me?

Click on the Functional tab the icon looks like gears(called a cog) and drag the stove/bench were you want into your Cafe. While in functional tab you may also click and drag 'already' placed objects and move them where ever you want. Sometime if you click the chair icon, it will also let you move them.
