LOS ANGELES – British actor Jason Isaacs has been cast in the NBC pilot "REM," the latest project from the creator of the short-lived series "Lone Star."
"REM" centers on the simultaneous and parallel lives of a detective (Isaacs) who can't let go of any aspect of his fractured family after a car accident. It comes from Kyle Killen, whose con-man drama "Lone Star" lasted just two episodes on Fox last September.
"Isaacs" starred in the Showtime series "Brotherhood" with current "Chicago Code" star Jason Clarke.
