loading problems

dont really know what im doing. trying to load fix. recent computer problems getting message no com port when i try to connect to pc please help

Change comport to #2 or #3 or #4 & just to make sure I'd like to ask if you have a serial port on your computer or do you have USB to serial port adapter ether way you probably just have to change port setting .let us know if you get it...Good luck..
