the new bin files I can get back the Canadian channels but can't get the US channels since March1 does anyone can help thank you very much.

We need a little more information. Are you getting no signal, poor quality, bad or scrambled window? Did you try to power cycle the unit, unplugging it or using the power switch in the rear?
