problems downloading music from pc to sanyo mp3 player?

I need help, I can not figure what the problem is. Each time I download music (limewire or itunes) the download never finishes. It freezes up or it does not down load at all. I am using Windows XP and Firefox, does that matter?Any suggestions? Has anyone had a similar problem?

maybe your USB connector is broken or the system is not recognizing it. Try to scan it also might be a work of some kind of malware. Try to seethe link below to see if it works.
