Rainbow Marshmallow Fudge X-Mess Goodies

Rainbow Marshmallow Fudge


Ingredients:

3 cups (750 mL) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
2 cups (500 mL) coloured miniature marshmallows

Preparation:

1. Melt chocolate chips with butter, Eagle Brand and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
2. Fold in miniature marshmallows.
3. Spread evenly onto parchment paper-lined 8 x 8" (2 L) square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
